What's included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes push-to-talk voice, text and image messaging, DM conversations, presence indicators, basic role management, QR code hub joining, Whisper (1-on-1 voice calls), and Live-Sight (1-on-1 video). You get 1 hub with up to 2 channels and 5 members at no cost, forever.

What do you get with Individual Pro?

Individual Pro adds All Call, All Text, Bluetooth PTT, Smartwatch PTT (Wear OS), Local Mode (no internet needed), Tally Light trigger, channel monitoring (up to 5 simultaneous), Latch Talk (hands-free mic lock), and Web Dashboard access. You can create up to 10 hubs with 10 channels and 20 members each.

What are Team Plans?

Team Plans are flat-rate organization plans where one billing owner pays a fixed monthly or annual price, and every member automatically gets all Pro features. Pick a tier based on how many members you need (15, 40, 75, or 125). Each tier includes unlimited hubs, 10 channels per hub, and full Pro access for all members — no individual Pro purchases needed.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely. You can upgrade to Pro or a Team Plan at any time and your new features activate immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current features until the end of your billing period. Team Plan members won't be removed — you just can't add new members beyond the lower tier's limit.

How does billing work?

Individual Pro is billed monthly at $5 per user. Team Plans can be billed monthly or annually, with annual billing saving you 20%. You pay one flat price for the capacity tier you select — all members within that tier get full Pro features included.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. All Team Plans offer annual billing at a 20% discount. For example, Team 15 drops from $49/month to $39/month when billed annually. Individual Pro is currently billed monthly only.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes. Every new Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start — you can try all Pro features risk-free.

Can I use CrewTalk for free indefinitely?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. It supports 1 hub with up to 2 channels and 5 members. You get all core communication features — voice, messaging, Whisper, and Live-Sight. Upgrade only when you need more capacity or Pro-exclusive features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. For Team Plans with 125+ members, contact us for invoice-based payment options.
