  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CrewTalk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content

Intellectual Property

The CrewTalk application, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CrewTalk and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
