What's included in the Free plan?: The Free plan gives you full access to push-to-talk with 10 channels, text and image messaging, direct messages, Whisper and Live-Sight calls, Bluetooth PTT, and channel monitoring. You can create up to 10 active hubs at no cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?: Absolutely. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and your new features activate immediately. If you downgrade, you keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
How does billing work?: Pro is billed monthly per active user. You only pay for users who are members of at least one hub. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact our sales team for a quote tailored to your organization.
Is there a free trial for Pro?: Yes. Every new Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start — you can try all Pro features risk-free.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?: Annual billing is on our roadmap and will include a discount when available. For now, all Pro plans are billed monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Can I use CrewTalk for free indefinitely?: Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. It is designed for small teams and includes all core communication features. You only need to upgrade if you want advanced management tools or unlimited hubs.
