Every new account automatically gets a 14-day free Pro trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all premium features from day one. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Upgrade anytime to keep your Pro access.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  2. Choose your desired plan
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe (secure payment processing)
  4. Your hub is upgraded immediately

Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You can pay with any major credit or debit card
  • Receipts are emailed after each payment
  • Manage your subscription from the website

Cancellation

If you need to cancel:

  • Your access continues through the end of the billing period
  • Your hub data is preserved
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Personal vs. Hub Plans

CrewTalk offers two types of paid plans:

Personal Pro

An individual subscription that unlocks premium features for you:

  • Create up to 10 hubs (free tier: 1 hub)
  • Up to 10 channels and 20 members per hub
  • Access to Latch Talk, All Call, weather alerts, local mode, and more

Hub Team Plans

A hub-level subscription that upgrades the hub for all members:

  • One subscription covers the entire hub — you don’t pay per member
  • The hub owner manages the subscription
  • All members benefit from the hub’s plan level, even those on the free tier
  • Team plans scale from 15 to 125 members per hub

This makes budgeting simple for productions: one cost covers your entire crew’s communication needs.
