Accessing the Portal
- Visit the CrewTalk portal at the portal URL
- Sign in with your CrewTalk account (email/password or Google Sign-In)
- You'll see your dashboard with all hubs you're a member of
The portal uses the same Firebase Authentication as the mobile app. Your credentials are identical — no separate registration needed.
Dashboard Layout
The portal has a clean, dark-themed interface matching the CrewTalk brand:
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar provides navigation to:
- Dashboard — Overview of all your hubs
- Hub pages — Click a hub to manage it
- Help Center — Link to this support documentation
Top Bar
The top bar shows:
- Page title — Current section you're viewing
- Help icon — Quick link to relevant support article
- User info — Your account details and sign-out button
What You Can Do
The web portal is designed for management tasks — things that are easier on a larger screen:

Who Can Use It
The portal respects the same role system as the mobile app:
- Owners and Admins — Full management access (members, invites, settings)
- Members — View-only access to hub information
The portal shines during pre-production:
- Create your hub in the mobile app
- Open the portal on your laptop
- Generate invite codes for each department
- Share codes via email or call sheets
- Set up channel restrictions for different departments
- Review the member list as crew joins
