Members Table
The members page shows all hub members in a table format:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Display name and avatar |
| Role | Owner, Admin, or Member |
| Joined | Date the member joined the hub |
| Actions | Management buttons (admin/owner only) |
Members are sorted by role (Owner first, then Admins, then Members) and then alphabetically.
Member Actions
Owners and admins see action buttons for each member:
Promote to Admin
Elevates a member to admin role, granting them management permissions.
Demote to Member
Removes admin privileges from an admin (available to owners and other admins).
Remove from Hub
Removes the member entirely. They can rejoin with a valid invite code.
Channel Restrictions
Configure which of the 10 channels this member can access.
All destructive actions (demote, remove) require confirmation before executing. This prevents accidental clicks from affecting your team.
Managing Channel Restrictions
To set channel restrictions for a member:
Find the Member
Locate the member in the table.
Click Restrictions
Click the Channel Restrictions action button.
Toggle Channels
A modal shows all 10 channels with toggles. Turn off channels you want to restrict for this member.
Save
Changes save automatically. The member's access is updated instantly.
Bulk Management Tips
For large teams, the portal is much faster than the mobile app:
- Scan the table to quickly see all members and their roles
- Sort by role to identify which members are admins
- Review restrictions across multiple members efficiently
- Process promotions/demotions without navigating through action sheets
Before a production day:
- Open the Members page on the portal
- Verify all expected crew members have joined
- Confirm department heads are set as Admins
- Set channel restrictions for each department
- Remove any members from previous productions who shouldn't have access
Contextual Help
The members page includes a help icon linking directly to this support article. Look for the "?" icon near the member count at the top of the page.
